In each batch of PU foam production, left overs are created. Most common solution is either warehousing or dumping. Instead, we designed a process that regrinds and repurpose the left over compounds. Our unique manufacturing equipment is the most state of the art hardware even after 10 years of production. In 2018, we were audited and granted Global Recycled Standard (GRS) Certification. While most GRS certified vendors produce textile, we are the first and only GRS certified foam supplier in the world. The result is PureFit™ ECO foam.

    We have a collection of GRS certified foams containing over 50% rate of recyclability.In fact they average over 80% RoR. The bonding structure of this pre-consumed PU foam allows greater breathability than any open cell PU foam. Most importantly, this foam is non-toxic to the consumer.

    Reducing the reliance on chemical helps to decrease pollution in the air and in the water. However, many plastics with desirable physical properties are made of chemicals derived from petroleum. Instead, we have found substitutes from biomass resources. Biomass resources are organic materials that are available on a renewable basis such as caster-bean oil, corn, and/or sugar cane to formulate high performing bio- material. The measurement of Biobased content is the amount of biobased carbon in the product compared to the sum of biobased and petroleum based carbon in the product.
